As image bearers we’re to be
God’s holy heirs in infancy
Commending Christ’s redemption as a fragrance;
No more must we be overcome
By wickedness for we’ve become
A lantern for the world to see His radiance

Chorus:
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah!

Let all who flee to Christ declare
The worldly ways they used to share
Have been forsaken and left far behind them;
Behold let no one be deceived
Though you supposed you once believed
Idolator’s will never see God’s kingdom!

Chorus

As holy children of the light
Forsake the darkness of the night
Pursue the truth in righteousness and goodness
As Jesus’ holy kingdom grows
Satanic schemes of sin expose
By manifesting beams of holy brightness

Chorus

Awake and rise up from the dead
Forsake the comfort of your bed
Let Jesus Christ illumine your horizon
These evil days will soon give way
To God’s appointed holy Day
Wherefore beware the things you fix your eyes on!

Chorus
