Bible Reading – how it’s done!

Doug Wilson provides a most helpful overview of how & when to read the Bible here. I wish I’d understood this years ago. Such wise counsel & sound advice here. By the way, in case you’re one of those (common!) Christians who seem to find Bible reading dull & boring – or tend to prefer to read just the New Testament and then more often than not just the passages that you like – BEWARE! Ask God to soften your heart & to open your eyes to the wondrous things contained throughout His Law-word. The Scriptures ought to be to us as they were to Jeremiah of old, “a joy and a delight” (Jer 15:16).
