In this article I present an argument for the return of Psalm singing to dominate our corporate, formal Church worship. I’ll address peripheral matters on a future occasion. In the meantime, I attempt to show that historically this was orthodoxy and that we should seek to recover it for the sake of our collective well-being and for the glory of God.
